About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Imperial Tires Ltd. as a Vehicle Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure smooth operation of our vehicles.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Engine Maintenance: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • Component Replacement: Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators to maintain vehicle performance.
  • On-Site Services: Provide on-site services to our customers, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of vehicle issues.
  • Tire Repair and Maintenance: Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and optimal vehicle performance.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain vehicle performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
