Machinist Specialist

At Ekam Jewellers, we are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision manufacturing and excellent technical skills.
About the JobThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools, measuring and laying out work pieces, and verifying dimensions of products.
The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities- Machining: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality components and products.
- Measurement and Inspection: Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly, and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
- Tool Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust production machinery/tools to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Accurate, able to work independently, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
