About the Role:

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity practice, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our Cybersecurity Awareness and Training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Cybersecurity Awareness program to educate and inform employees on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
  • Design and execute anti-phishing simulations and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Craft and disseminate cybersecurity communications through various channels, including our internal cybersecurity communications portal.
  • Identify opportunities to raise visibility of the program and launch regular campaigns, surveys, and presentations to foster a culture of security awareness and resilience.
  • Collaborate with training and development partners to develop and deploy effective mandatory education for employees.
  • Respond to general security-related questions from employees.
  • Organize and manage awareness events, including roadshows, guest speaker presentations, and vendor booths.

Requirements:

  • High energy, strong work ethic, and a deep passion for championing cybersecurity awareness.
  • Intermediate cybersecurity knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date on external security incidents and trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior related experience in cybersecurity awareness and training.
