**Job Summary**
Island Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Campbell River and District area. As a key member of our Primary Care Network, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide culturally safe primary care to patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish a minimum patient panel and provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including maternity care.
- Work collaboratively with an inter-disciplinary healthcare team to provide culturally safe primary care.
- Participate in an after-hours call group and share after-hours coverage with other providers at the clinic.
- Act as the most responsible primary care provider and make decisions regarding patient care.
**Requirements**
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC).
- Experience working in a primary care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
