Panda Piping Ltd is seeking a skilled Piping Welder Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including arc welding machines and gas welding machines
- Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
- Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, with experience in custom fabrication, pressure vessels, and large diameter pipelines. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
