Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision;
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and maximize profitability;
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service;
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods;
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to kitchen operations;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services;

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen operations, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate preferred;
