About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team at Non Stop Pizza & Indian Curry (Fleetwood). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our kitchen operations.
Job Summary:
The Lead Kitchen Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision;
- Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and maximize profitability;
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service;
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods;
- Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to kitchen operations;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services;
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen operations, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate preferred;
