Job Description

As a General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for clinical analysis and reporting on patient samples according to established protocols.

You will assist in general lab projects, such as SOPs, chemical inventories, and maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines.

This position requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A graduate degree from an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program;">
• Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba (CMLTM);">
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; and">
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.">

Location and Work Environment

This position is located in The Pas, Manitoba, and requires working shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Exposure to all hazards and dangers incumbent in working in a laboratory is expected.
