Glass Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Glass Installer to join our team at NEWCRAFT WINDOWS & DOORS INC. As a Glass Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass products, including windows, doors, and skylights.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, mark, and cut glass to fit specific openings
- Position and secure panes in frames
- Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
- Install door, window, and other hardware
- Repair glass doors and other glass structures
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
- Transport cases of glass
- Estimate costs and materials
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Willing to relocate for this position
- Commercial and residential installation experience
- Installation specialization in skylights and slope-glazed installations
