Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse A to join our team at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert. As a Registered Nurse A, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive client-centered care.
- Collaborate with the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing to maintain a high standard of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) and Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
