Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Sales and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at YMM Restaurant Supplies. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating sales activities and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability;
  • Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and providing exceptional customer service;
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and inventory levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related field;
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures;
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with English language is required.
