Job Description
As a Client Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
What is the opportunity?
You will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients in the branch, delivering outstanding service, and identifying sales and referral opportunities. You will also focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver memorable client experiences and drive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients to deliver exceptional service and identify sales opportunities
- Focus on education and demonstration to drive client solutions and retention
- Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners
- Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls
Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven solutions environment
- Drive and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
- Personal flexibility to work flexible hours
- Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
- Bilingualism (English and French) required
