Job Title: Construction Site Superintendent

AV EXTERIOR LTD is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
Working Conditions:
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Duration of Employment: Permanent.
