* Perform all levels of preventative maintenance services on a scheduled basis, adhering to professional standards.
* Identify and analyze equipment issues, devising effective solutions for repairs, replacements, or adjustments.
* Accurately capture and report PM service checklist, inspections, and work order information for customer reporting purposes.
* Collaborate with customers and equipment operators to ensure seamless operations.
* Utilize a range of tools and equipment, including hoists, forklifts, power tools, cranes, loaders, vehicles, and manual tools.
* Operate machinery to evaluate performance and verify the effectiveness of repairs or adjustments.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in a service-oriented environment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Willingness to work after-hours and/or participate in shiftwork as required.
* Class D license required.
* Experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining material handling equipment.
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
