About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Heart & Hustle Cleaning Services Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, clean changing rooms and showers, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
