Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician role involves providing comprehensive maintenance support to buildings, injection molding machines, and automation equipment. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Troubleshoot complex issues with hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems to minimize production losses and downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and implement process improvements
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- English required/Spanish preferred
- Strong technical skills, including mechanical and electrical knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment
- Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds
