Agf Investments is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director, Investment Products to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for its investment capabilities globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a dynamic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals, driving growth and expansion into new investment capabilities, client channels, and jurisdictions.
  2. Take a data-driven approach, monitoring and measuring marketing strategies to ensure they remain effective and aligned with current trends.
  3. Oversee comprehensive content and product marketing programs, including website development, campaign execution, digital and in-person events, industry conferences, and social media engagement.
  4. Collaborate with Retail Distribution and business partners to develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  5. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Retail Distribution, Investment Management, and Product partners, to provide updates on marketing activity and obtain feedback on optimization initiatives.
  6. Serve as a senior member of the marketing team, including management of junior/mid-level employees, and encourage continued growth and development of team members.
  7. Develop credibility and trust through consistent delivery of high-quality content across channels and mediums.
  8. Participate in industry body working groups and engage with industry associations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing marketing strategy within the investment industry, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  2. A seasoned digital marketer with expertise in integrating multiple channels and mediums to promote investment products and solutions globally.
  3. Proven leadership experience in managing a team of marketing professionals, with a collaborative and client-centric approach.
  4. Financial services industry knowledge, including product knowledge (equities, fixed income, alternative investment solutions), is essential.
  5. Strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and related software.
  6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
