Company Overview: At Splendid Roofing Exteriors Inc., we are seeking a skilled and physically capable Roofing Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality roofing services for our clients.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: In this role, you will assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to various job sites. You will also help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. Additionally, you will mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction. Your duties will also include assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs. You will clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands. You should be willing to learn and take direction from experienced crew members. A high school diploma or equivalent is not required, but you must be able to read and understand instructions. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
