We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at Landform Inc. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-manicured and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret blueprints and instructions to plan and execute landscaping tasks
- Read and understand work requirements to ensure accurate completion of tasks
- Estimate costs and manage resources to meet project deadlines
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain their health and appearance
- Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas to maintain the integrity of outdoor spaces
- Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, including trees and other vegetation
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access
- 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work at heights
