Trillium Health Partners is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Resource Team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide clinical expertise and support across various units and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on clinical best practices
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized School of Nursing
- Baccalaureate degree (Preferred)
- Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO
- Current certification in a relevant specialty
- A minimum two years medicine experience
- Reliable and flexible individual who is willing to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Must have effective interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- All shift availability
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Patient assessment course (Preferred)
- Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
