About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Kitchen Helper to join our team at TANDOORI DELIGHTS. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, and supporting our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment as needed
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Support the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of menu items
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen surfaces and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliability and punctuality
