About the Role

  • Loading and unloading materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles.
  • Stacking or piling materials, such as lumber, boards, or pallets, to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Verifying system inventory matches floor inventory to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction.
  • Seeking advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from your supervisor.
  • Working under close supervision, exercising limited latitude and independent judgment.

Work Environment

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll work in a comfortable indoor area with minimal discomfort. You'll be required to:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
  • Stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
  • Make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.

Requirements

To be successful as a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of machines and tools.
  • Forklift experience.
