Job Summary:

Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using advanced CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Lead the hands-on design of new projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct stress analysis and material selection using FEA software to ensure the integrity and reliability of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central).
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic system design and integration with mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment while leading design projects from start to finish.
