Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex supplier relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of critical products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing strategic relationships with 3rd party contract manufacturers and service providers to ensure high performance in quality, delivery, and cost.
- Leading end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex supply agreements in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Planning and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier performance, reduce lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in complex manufacturing or highly regulated industries.
- At least 7 years of direct experience managing 3rd party contract manufacturing relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management.
