Job Title: Welder

Join RAJ Steel Fabrication as a skilled Welder to contribute to the production of high-quality steel products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut metal.
  • Computer-aided design (CAD) and operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using various welding techniques.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Work Environment:

As a Welder at RAJ Steel Fabrication, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads.
