Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at 2184022 Ontario Inc. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Client-focused, dependable, and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
