They will also be responsible for preparing menu items to A&W recipes, ensuring that all food prep areas and storage areas meet restaurant cleaning requirements, and working with a team of cooks to prep work for other shifts when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare menu items to A&W recipes, ensuring that all food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all food prep areas and storage areas meet restaurant cleaning requirements.
  • Teamwork: Work with a team of cooks to prep work for other shifts when needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Freshness: Monitor product freshness and rotate stock (first in, first out), ensuring that all food is served fresh and of high quality.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety standards, ensuring that all food is handled and prepared safely.
