- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring the efficient management of resources.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent oral communication skills.
