About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at COBS Bread Summit. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Ensure the quality of products meets our high standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production
