Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ramen Butcher. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and use this information to inform business decisions.
Assembly and ServiceSupervise and check the assembly of trays, and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
SchedulingEstablish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided at all times.
Requirements- Leadership and Supervision
5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
Certifications and LicensesServing It Safe program certification, and any other relevant certifications or licenses.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
