Job Summary

Pacific Lumber Remanufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our equipment and teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our resources and the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of our equipment, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance work.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of our team members, including assigning tasks, reviewing progress, and providing technical guidance and support.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, including monitoring and addressing any quality issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on equipment performance, team productivity, and quality metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in equipment management, team coordination, and quality assurance.
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
