Security Officer Job Description

Guardteck Security is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Victoria, BC. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements:
  • Valid BC Security License and OFA 1
  • 6 months of experience in security
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
