Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Operations and Administration: Plan and control budgets, manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, and establish policies and procedures for staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Business Development: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Duration of Employment: Permanent.
