We are seeking a skilled Return to Work Specialist to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assist clients in returning to work and improving their quality of life.

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting clients in exercise, stretching, and work simulation programs, handling administrative duties related to program operations, and coordinating maintenance of gym equipment. You will also conduct on-site job site visits and return-to-work planning, develop and monitor gradual return-to-work plans, communicate with referral sources, and participate in staff committees and special projects.
