We are seeking a Mathematics Instructor to join our team at Sylvan Learning Centre. As a Mathematics Instructor, you will be responsible for preparing subject material for presentation according to an approved curriculum and providing tutoring assistance to students. You will also teach students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations and laboratory, shop and field studies. The ideal candidate will have a Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate and basic security clearance. Additionally, you will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and a team player. Experience as a Mathematics Instructor is an asset. We offer a permanent position with flexible hours, free parking and opportunities for learning and training. The language of work is English and the hours of work are 4 to 20 hours per week.
