Job DescriptionThe estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
This role involves developing, unit testing and implementing PL/1 and Fortran applications to meet business requirements.
Gathering project requirements, prioritizing tasks and producing delivery estimates are also key responsibilities.
- Maintain code quality and best practices across the Front-End team
- Supervise the creation of intuitive, robust and reusable user interfaces using Spring frameworks
- Contribute to team discussions and stand-ups
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in application development using PL/1, FORTRAN, UNIX, SQL and JCL
- Proficient in UNIX functionalities and PL/1, FORTRAN code creation
- Good knowledge on creating build, test scripts and responsible for configuration of build deployment tool for Continuous Integration environments
- Hands on experience in unit test case creation and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills and working in a matrix hierarchy
