About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Skate Monitor. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and on-ice supervision for our public skating programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
  • Monitor on-ice activities and respond to any incidents or concerns
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our facilities and programs
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and welcoming environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma and relevant experience in a related field
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • HIGH FIVE: Principles of Healthy Child Development
  • Experience in group dynamics, health and safety practices, injury prevention, and ice sports such as figure skating, hockey, or ringette
  • Ability to skate
Language Requirements

English is essential, with bilingualism (English and French) being an asset
