Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Project Leader at Fraser Health, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare. You will lead large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing complex projects and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Translate broad goals and strategic directions into detailed program charters and plans.
- Participate in strategic planning and clinical services development.
- Execute project plans according to project management methodologies.
- Develop business cases to support the implementation of integrated comprehensive care systems.
- Manage resources through operating and capital budgets.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a large, complex acute care organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead diverse project teams.
