About the Role

Agilent's Service and Support Sales team is committed to delivering exceptional service and innovation in the laboratory services industry. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Service Sales Representative to join our BioM specialty team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the laboratory services industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, handling any roadblocks that customers may face.
  • Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on laboratory services and products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive team success.
  • Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a sales representative or relevant role.
  • Ability to translate the value proposition of laboratory services as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs.
  • Strong business development, sales negotiating, and sales closing skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and partnership skills.
  • Excellent presentation, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level knowledge of laboratory instrument support services business.
  • Confirmed successful project management experience.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills within a cross-functional global matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation preferred.
  • Able to interface comfortably at high levels within the customer management structure.
  • Must be available for up to 30% business travel.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $93,000 - $183,000.
  • Eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
  • Option to work remotely.
