Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an integral member of our Disaster Readiness team, you will play a critical role in aligning CNB and RBC disaster recovery reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce weekly and quarterly disaster recovery compliance reports
  • Collaborate with CNB and RBC DR teams to ensure alignment in report preparation
  • Monitor and identify gaps and inconsistencies in reporting activities
  • Guide alignment in reporting activities by identifying and recommending best practices
  • Develop expertise in uploading data from Excel to ServiceNow as a workaround pending automation
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the financial industry or another heavily regulated industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience independently producing clear, accurate, detailed reports
  • Expert experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery concepts and principles
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Experience using ServiceNow
