Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Gold Leaf Home & Property Services. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect floors, surfaces, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Vacuum and mop floors, including carpets, rugs, and hard surfaces
  • Make beds and change linens as needed
  • Stock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and trash removal
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-6 months of experience in cleaning or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliability and punctuality
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work, including bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
