We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Load buspans and trays to ensure efficient service.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Place dishes in storage areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing menu.
  • Take customers' orders to provide a seamless dining experience.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
