Teaching Assistant for English and French Language Programs

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a part-time teaching assistant to work with students in English and French language programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English and French language skills to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with Oxford Learning's proprietary methodologies
  • Assist students in achieving their academic goals and building their confidence in English and French language skills
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as education or linguistics
  • Teaching certification or experience working with students in a teaching or tutoring capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to student success
