Furniture Sales Professional

About the Role:
This position offers a competitive base salary and commission structure, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, store discount, and vision care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell the entire range of Source products through a consultative approach in our vast showroom environment.
- Assist all customers, whether walk-in, phone-in or via email, determining their needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Create and present a proposed layout of the customer's space reflecting the product based on specific measurements using a CAD program to provide a 2D and/or 3D visual.
- Provide product quotes as required.
Administrative Duties:
- Complete all work orders, invoices, quotes, and all other necessary paperwork related to each sale.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Can build rapport with a wide range of customers through open communication.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- 2-3 years of retail experience; office furniture or an industry that requires consultative selling is an asset.
- Driven to close the sale; can show a proven sales track record and ability to follow up with customers by phone and email.
