Job Title: Night Auditor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Night Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring that all guest accounts are accurately posted, and that all night audit functions are completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist the Front of the House Overnight Manager with the front desk overnight operations, including checking-in and checking-out hotel guests, processing payments, and providing information and assistance to guests.
  • Night Audit Functions: Perform the required system saves during the night audit shift, post and audit banquet checks, reconcile Food and Beverage outlet postings, and verify front desk cashier work.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guest accounts are accurately posted with room and tax, and that all guest requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Communication: Distribute all close day reports and morning reports to the appropriate departments, transmit accurate data to Management, and prepare and distribute the Daily Report (Daily Business Summary DBS).
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Skills: Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system, and ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
  • Physical Abilities: Exert physical effort in transporting 25 pounds to guests or other hotel areas, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, and remain in stationary position for several minutes/hours throughout work shift.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous Front Desk Hotel Experience: Night auditor, cashier, and guest relations training.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in a foreign language (Spanish).
  • Certification: Certification in CPR.
Working Environment:

The Night Auditor Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. and pushing of supply carts. The interior of the hotel will be the primary work environment, with normal office conditions.
