Poste : Analyste Financier Senior

L'Analyste Financier Senior sera un partenaire financier et commercial clé pour le groupe Solutions Technologiques. Il/Elle sera responsable de domaines financiers clés tels que le processus de planification budgétaire à long terme et le processus de prévision.

Responsabilités
  • Être le partenaire financier des leaders de l'Unité Commerciale.
  • Agir comme un partenaire commercial pour prévoir de manière appropriée les activités de revenus/dépenses à venir.
  • Diriger les cycles budgétaires et de prévision pour l'Unité Commerciale.
  • Participer au processus d'analyse financière, notamment en générant des cas d'affaires financiers et en documentant les hypothèses de support.
  • Améliorer les processus/systèmes pour accroître l'efficacité globale des livrables de reporting, de planification et de prévision.
  • Travailler avec des équipes transversales, y compris la haute direction, pour développer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs), maintenir et créer des tableaux de bord financiers et préparer des présentations d'états financiers.
  • Présenter et suivre les risques et opportunités pour l'Unité Commerciale. Être proactif en fournissant des recommandations pour atténuer les risques et mettre en œuvre des opportunités.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus financiers pour mieux répondre aux besoins de chaque responsable de centre de coûts.
  • Collaborer avec la haute direction pour préparer des présentations financières.
  • Identifier les principaux moteurs et préparer des tableaux de bord pour les suivre.
  • Fournir des rapports de variance de fin de mois précis et en temps opportun aux parties prenantes clés sur une base mensuelle.
  • Contribuer à l'avancement des projets spéciaux.
  • Fournir un soutien à la décision, identifier et articuler les tendances et les développements émergents liés aux unités commerciales soutenues.
Exigences du Poste
  • Diplôme de Commerce avec une spécialisation en Finance ou Comptabilité. Doit avoir une désignation comptable (CPA).
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Démontre une expertise en planification et analyse financières. Possède une capacité aiguisée à comprendre des situations commerciales complexes.
  • Capable de gérer des délais serrés dans un environnement en évolution, penseur stratégique et proactif, avec une attitude et une approche flexibles des solutions commerciales.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) – écrit et oral.
  • Esprit d'équipe.
  • Compétences analytiques solides, capable de lier clairement les résultats financiers aux moteurs de performance opérationnelle, et capable de gérer et de prioriser plusieurs projets.
  • Solides compétences en communication, capacité à communiquer les problèmes opérationnels affectant la performance de l'entreprise, y compris la capacité démontrée à établir et à entretenir des relations.
  • Maîtrise des compétences MS Office – WORD, EXCEL et POWERPOINT. Une exposition à Epicor et Salesforce serait considérée comme un atout.
  • Capable de contester le statu quo et d'influencer le processus de prise de décision.

Le titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.
