Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Associate to join our team in the Dairy and Frozen section at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting stocking and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience for customers
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain product freshness and quality
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent loss and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and other sales-related tasks to optimize store operations
Requirements
  • Age 16 or older
