We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at NOOR CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
