  1. You will give a positive first impression to customers, find the items they need, and suggest additional items to help build their dream space.
  2. You will help customers check out and process their payment, reconcile daily payments and store reports with total sales.
  3. You will work with the team to keep the storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  4. You will support management in promotions and customer events, assist the warehouse team with contacting clients, scheduling pickups/deliveries, and ensuring the accuracy of orders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience selling in a retail environment.
  • High school diploma; post-secondary experience in sales and retail customer service would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office).
  • A high standard of quality in customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals.
  • The ability to self-motivate, organize, and be persuasive in communication.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
