We are seeking an experienced Family Law professional to join our dynamic department. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional client service through innovative and quality legal solutions.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • No less than five years of dedicated Family Law experience.
  • Excellent advocacy, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong research and writing abilities, as well as proficiency in navigating complex issues.
  • Effective client and practice management skills.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work collaboratively with lawyers and staff.
  • A desire to become engaged in the community for personal and professional development purposes.

This role is a full-time position, offering a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus bonus pay. Additional benefits include casual dress, company events, dental care, extended health care, on-site parking, and paid time off.
