About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Laborer to join our team at Bright Star Landscaping. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, maintaining gardens and lawns, and performing various tasks related to grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod, seeding, and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Maintain gardens and lawns by weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as cutting grass and raking and collecting refuse.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Write daily progress reports to keep the team informed of tasks completed and any challenges faced.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
